The rules governing the Biofertiliser Certification Scheme (BCS), based on PAS 110 and the Quality Protocol (in England, Wales and Northern Ireland) and equivalent for Scotland as published by SEPA.   This Scheme Rules contain the operating procedures for the REA’s BCS for the licensing and use of digested products. The BCS is recognised by Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) and Environmental Agency (EA) as a qualifying BCS for the ADQP.
