Certification Scheme Rules

Certification Scheme Rules in Scotland

The rules governing the Biofertiliser Certification Scheme (BCS), based on PAS 110 and the Additional Scheme Rules for Scotland (ASRS) as published by SEPA.   The Scheme Rules contain the operating procedures for the REA’s BCS for the licensing and use of digested products. The BCS is recognised by Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) as a qualifying BCS in accordance with the SEPA position statement dated 1st March 2010 which has been incorporated into the Scheme Rules for England, Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland.
